Do you offer refills?
On non-drop options, yes — each is sold as non-drop or carries a refill guarantee of at least 30 days (green labels). Budget options are marked “may drop” in amber: they are cheaper, but counts can fall and some have no refill at all. Every option shows its exact guarantee.
What does non-drop mean?
It means drops should be rare, and if your count falls below what you ordered during the refill window we top it up free. Audiomack can still remove accounts in clean-ups, so we never promise a number can never move.
