What “non-drop” means here

Every option on this page is a non-drop option: it is either explicitly sold as no-drop / non-drop, or it comes with a long refill guarantee (30 days or more, up to lifetime). We left out every comments service that is sold without a refill or that is expected to drop.

Refill: if your comments drop below the amount you ordered within 365 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and we will top them back up for free. Refills do not cover drops caused by you deleting content, changing your username, or making your account private.
